🥂 We will start with a festive aperitif: Prosecco accompanied by delicious meatballs and focaccia.

Our starters will delight you with an irresistible selection:

Bread pancakes with strong ricotta mousse and cherry tomato preserves

Apulian platter with capocollo from Martina Franca, black pork cheek, salami from the Itria Valley with local cheeses and fig mustard

Terrine of turnips and beans

Artichoke flan on local pecorino fondue

Terrine of polenta with strips of wild boar with meat sauce

🍝 The first courses are a riot of flavours:

Crespelle with vegetable heart on parmesan cream

Risotto with Murgia mushrooms creamed with mascarpone and saffron

🍖 The second courses will not be outdone, with the delicious suckling pig with Colonnata lard on local pecorino fondue, Murgia mushrooms and pomegranate seeds.

🍏 Seasonal fruit will be the perfect conclusion, followed by

Christmas desserts that will delight your palate.

🍷 Our own-produced Primitivo wine will accompany the meal in a sublime way.
